Meet the PageRage Team!

PageRage Updates

We can’t believe it’s already September, can you?  This year is flying by mighty fast; before we know it 2012 will be here.  So before we chime into the new year, we would like to share and introduce to you, the hard-working busy bees behind the PageRage product.

Pictured above, we are pleased to debut to you, the team that makes up PageRage!

We took our team picture a couple weeks back and as you can see, we are all representing the PageRage brand with our awesome product shirts; we live and breathe PageRage 24/7 if you couldn’t tell!  Our team is small but we make up for it in the talent that our team encompasses.  Our team is made up of the product CEO, project manager, software engineers, graphic designers, marketing, customer service, project coordinator, quality assurance specialist, quality assurance lead and testers.

Aside from working our little butts off five days a week, we do enjoy getting out of the office from time to time and dipping into our non-work related hobbies.  Some of our team members enjoy scuba diving, mountain biking, traveling, dance, muay thai, photography and going to the beach.  We are the active bunch!

A few months ago, we moved our headquarters to a location just down the street due to an increase in employees.  No longer stuffed sardines, our beautiful office is now bigger, better, and in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, San Diego.  Our offices are super close to the sandy white beaches here in SD, which makes our jobs that much sweeter and enjoyable.

We love what we do and are excited to debut new PageRage product features in the following months to come as well as continue to introduce PageRage team updates.

We’d love to hear from you:

    Dear PageRage,

I am a New member, and I am wondering something, How Do I Communicate with other People? Because I have the Layout of Zero from Code Geass, by Loveu??? (Do not remember if there are Numbers in name), but the Layout showed that the Background was able to be seen through the foreground of the Facebook Page, and when it was applied, I could only see the Sides of the Background. How do I Ask this person to Edit it to where the Background is able to be seen?

Thanks for reaching out to us and we apologize for the delay in response. We found the layout your referring to and it looks as though this specific design is from the old Facebook layout format. Layouts that use the transparency feature for the old layout format will not work for updated Facebook layout format. If you like this layout, you are more than welcome to create your very own Zero themed layout using our “Create Your Own Layout” tool on the site. If you need any assistance with how to create your own layouts, please let us know, we’d be happy to help :)

Hi there – That should not be happening. Which browser are you using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome)?

    Hello PRT,
I select my PRlayout and it works, but when ever logg off fb and log back on, its not there. I have to keep installing it everytime i log on to fb. Is there a way i  can select it once and it stays there until i decide to take it off?? Thanks so much!!

Hi there – This has to do with clearing your cache within your browser. By clearing your cache consistently, that should help with the layout disappearing issue. To clear your cache, make sure you have your browser window open. On your keyboard, hold down, ctrl>shift>delete. A window should pop up with directions to clear your cache. If you still need assistance, please reach out to our support team via our website, thanks!

We appreciate your feedback. We do offer instructions via our support page how you can alter your screen resolution in order to see your layout a little better. Our app is best for high resolution monitors but for the lower resolution screens, our app works just as well. Lastly, our app is a little different from Myspace in that only those who have our app installed will be able to see the changes. Also, no html coding is required. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
