How Do I Install PageRage?

New users of PageRage come to us often asking specific questions like, “How do I add Facebook layouts to my profile,” “Why isn’t my layout showing,” “How do you create your own layouts,” and so on.  So, today, we would like to start out our PageRage 101 lesson by introducing to new users of PageRage, how to go about installing our Facebook layouts browser app correctly.

Whether you found out about us through a friend, Facebook, or through one of our ads on the Internet, PageRage is installed through these 4 easy steps:

1. Visit our website:  http://www.PageRage.com
2. Once you make it to our website, feel free to browse around and read-up on what we do and who we are. Here are some things you should know about our app before installing:

• PageRage is free and safe.
• PageRage is ad-supported (you will see additional ads placed by us while browsing Facebook.  Option: Get ad-free layouts!).
• PageRage allows users to select and create their own Facebook layouts.
• PageRage does work!
• Only those who have PageRage installed will be able to see your applied layout.
• PageRage is only available for Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

3.  Ready to install PageRage? Great! From our homepage, click on the green “Click to Download” button to get started.

    4.  Our download button will take you directly to our install page.  If you aren’t sure what to do next, watch our how-to video available on that page.

Here are the install steps broken down for you (if needed):

• When our installer window pops up on your screen, click on “Save file.”
• A new window will pop up with your saved file, double-click on that file, “PageRage Setup.”
• Another new window will pop up asking if you want to run the file.  Click “Run.”
• The official PageRage installer window will pop up.  Read over the information about PageRage and click “Next.”
• The installation options screen will appear.  On this screen you can choose to enable our bundled apps (Buzzdock and Sanity Switch) or choose not to.  You can also choose to install our optional toolbar as well.  Once finished, click “Next.”
• Our terms of service screen will appear, please read over our agreement.  Select “I accept the agreement” and click “Next.”
• The installation process will begin.
• Once the installation is complete, click “Finish.”
• You have just successfully installed PageRage! Our “Almost Done” page gives you the option to sign up for a free PageRage user account.  Please keep in mind that this step is optional but if you would like to create and save your layouts, you will need to sign up for a user account.
• Whether you signed up for a user account or not, next step would be to select a layout from our website.
