Yontoo Technology, Inc. ("Yontoo") respects the privacy of its users and non-users. This privacy policy discloses any information we obtain and how we use it. Yontoo also goes to great lengths to ensure that the information and content that users add to our system is secure and only accessible to intended users. 1. PUBLIC CONTENT
PUBLIC CONTENT FROM PUBLIC WEB SITES CAN BE RETRIEVED AND DISPLAYED ON THE YONTOO LAYER. The definition of public content is any information on the Web that is accessible by anyone without special user credentials.

Displaying collected information or content on Yontoo Layers is for the sole purpose of content syndication. You are not permitted to republish and modify any copyrighted material without owner’s permissions. In addition, you can only direct our machines to collect information from you, your friends, and/or others who have approved your access. Yontoo does not assume any responsibility if you choose to abuse the system.

Yontoo may collect and analyze your usage patterns that are not personally identifiable. These non-personally-identifiable data are used to improve our services, and may be shared with third parties in the future.

2. PRIVATE CONTENT
You are not required to provide any personally-identifiable information to use Yontoo. You can choose to provide third-party login credentials to enable certain Layer Apps that require access to private content from third-party Web sites. By entering in your third-party usernames passwords, you permit Yontoo access to all private content accessible on third-party Web sites, however, this content will NEVER BE TRANSFERRED OR SOLD TO ANYONE. Private content will only be used in ways that the user establishes within Layer App settings or has otherwise agreed to.

To protect and preserve the privacy of the original content, Yontoo authenticates all users’ access to private content with users’ personal credentials. Users can only view third-party content that they have access to on the third-party Web sites. All passwords and personal information are hashed and stored with the strictest security standards. Yontoo reserves the right to track and use aggregate information about our customers and website visitors for a variety of purposes. Such aggregate information does not identify individual customers. We may share such aggregate and related demographic information with third parties.

3. BROWSER COOKIES
Yontoo may use cookies to maintain your login session, but does not store any personally-identifiable information. Cookies are small text files on your computer that store data about your visit. Yontoo does not share cookies with third parties.

4. EMAIL COMMUNICATION
Yontoo reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to our services, such as administrative messages, without your prior permission. We plan to do this sparingly.

5. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
Yontoo.com contains links to other Web sites as will the Yontoo Layers App on other web sites. Yontoo does not control, operate, or endorse any information or services of such third-party Web sites. Yontoo reserves the rights to disclose personally-identifiable information in the following cases:

b. If Yontoo acquired by or merged with another company, we might transfer your personal and non-personal information to that company. When this happens, Yontoo will notify you before any information is transferred.

8. ACCEPTANCE
This privacy policy is incorporated into and subject to Yontoo Technology, Inc.’s Terms of Use. Use of Yontoo Technology, Inc.’s services is subject to your compliance with those terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Yontoo Technology, Inc. THE USE OF THIS WEB SITE AND YONTOO’S APPLICATIONS CONSTITUTES THE ACCEPTANCE OF BOTH TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENTS.
